LEARNING BEYOND THE CLASSROOM

The Press Club encourages students’ critical assessment of societal issues, enhances their reading culture as well as develops their writing and reading skills through activities such as writing editing, reporting and broadcasting news. Students are taught the rudiments of the press as well as public speaking.

Our students are challenged and inspired with what takes place inside and outside the classroom. Students are engaged in learning-based trips where they will have the opportunity to visit historical sites and monuments within our proximity and outside the country. This will make it possible to arrange international and local guided tours.

Students are also encouraged to become members of international organizations such as the UN Model Program where they developed problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills. They are taught to be critical thinkers when faced with world or life threatening challenges.
